Ben has now finished Stage 7 swimming, so we have said he can stop having swimming lessons now as he can swim strongly and confidently. Typically though, we have had to give 1 month’s notice to cancel his membership, so they have made us pay for another month! We tried to complain but didn’t get anywhere so Ben is still going until Christmas and luckily, his teacher has started to teach him some stage 8 stuff, even though he is still going in the stage 7 slot on a Friday at 16:30. Anyway, Ben is an excellent swimmer now and we have no concerns about him when he is left on his own in a swimming pool, although we will still keep an eye on him in the sea!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
