Bens 4th Birthday
We once again held a party at the local Scout hut for Ben’s 4th birthday party, and he invited all his friends from school and a few others that he knows, as well as some family. We had the place filled with toys again and lots of good food, and all the children loved it! They were running around playing like mad people! ;0)
We had his party on the Saturday before his actual birthday and then on the Sunday we went to Pennywell Farm. Ben loved it there again and handled some little pigs and rabbits as he usually does when we visit. He had a good play around on the climbing frames and on the rides that were still open (late in the year so some were closed). All had a good time anyway, even though it was very cold!
The Monday was then his actual birthday and I took the morning off from work so Ben didn’t have to open his presents in a mad rush before I went to work. He had lots of presents and cards including a Buzz Lightyear light up toy, a Spider-Man costume, some nice clothes, a Spider-Man car, some games and some money. Thanks to everyone that got Ben something! Kelly made him a Spider-Man cake (do you see the theme here? lol) which was great and very tasty! When he went to school at 12pm he took some buns in that Kelly made and all the children ate those up. We had takeaway for tea and Ben chose Indian, so we had a nice scoff as well!
Ben was tired out after the weekend, but had a great few days and a great 4th birthday!
